Quota Architecture Lab — twelve-week flagship

Who it is for

Enterprise or mid-market sellers and first-line managers in Taiwan whose number is large enough that a missed commit actually changes a plant or a product plan. If you sell only transactional SKUs with no committee, this lab will feel overbuilt — that is a feature, not a slight.

Learning outcomes

By week twelve you should be able to: draw a coverage model that a finance partner can interrogate; write a source note that survives a dual-language forecast; run a commit conversation that names kill criteria; and leave a weekly file a colleague could pick up after a leave of absence.

You will not leave with a new personality, a guaranteed attainment figure, or a CRM configuration. Those sit outside the lab.

Questions we actually get

Can I join without sharing live account names?

You can mask legal names. You cannot mask the structure of the deal. If every example is fictional, you will practice theatre, which is the opposite of the lab.

Is the seat fee refundable?

See the refund policy. After the first session, seats transfer inside the same company more often than they refund.

What is a real limitation of this program?

The lab does not repair a compensation plan that punishes truthful forecasting. If bonuses only pay for a full commit list, people will keep inflating dates. We will name that conflict; we will not redesign your HR scheme in twelve weeks. Teams with no manager in the room also stall: sellers can draw a route and still be overruled every Monday.

Language of instruction?

English materials, bilingual discussion when a file is in Mandarin. Wei-Cheng will not translate an entire HQ playbook on the fly.
